MindBridge Policy Framework

Disclosures

These disclosures explain who publishes the site, how current commercial features are represented, and how conflicts, data sources, and results are handled.

Publishing identity and domains

The publication is operated by MindBridge Business Academy. A publication domain, campaign path, community title, or page label does not create a separate legal entity or regulated financial firm.

The company website is listed in the footer. Readers should verify the destination before submitting information or following a third-party communication link.

Current business model

The current site presents research and market-analysis content. The current site does not present paid offerings, sponsored content, affiliate links, SMS marketing, or email marketing. Community access is voluntary and opens through a third-party messaging service.

If a paid product, sponsor, affiliate relationship, advertising arrangement, lead-generation activity, or marketing enrollment is introduced, the relevant page must clearly identify the arrangement and the applicable policy must be updated before the activity begins.

Conflicts of interest

Research can be affected by financial interests, personal holdings, business relationships, provider relationships, compensation, or access to information. MindBridge aims to identify and disclose a known material conflict when it is relevant to the content and reasonably available to the publisher.

The absence of a conflict statement does not prove that no person connected with production has ever held or transacted in an instrument discussed. Readers should evaluate the evidence and should not rely on assumed neutrality as a substitute for independent review.

Commercial separation

Editorial claims should not be changed to satisfy an undisclosed sponsor, advertiser, affiliate, issuer, broker, or data provider. When commercial content exists, it should be distinguishable from independent research and should explain the relationship that may influence presentation.

The current site does not represent its use of TradingView, Google Fonts, network infrastructure, WhatsApp, or linked government and industry resources as a paid endorsement. Use of a provider does not establish a partnership or approval.

Third-party data and trademarks

Third-party data, widgets, names, logos, and trademarks remain subject to the rights and terms of their owners. Market information can be delayed, revised, incomplete, or unavailable. Provider attribution does not transfer ownership and does not mean the provider reviewed or endorsed the surrounding analysis.

Provider details and information flows are explained in Market Data and Third-Party Providers.

Performance and result representations

MindBridge does not claim guaranteed returns, a fixed accuracy rate, risk-free opportunities, winning trades, or a verified customer performance record through this publication. Market examples, scenarios, research conclusions, and frameworks are not account results.

Historical, hypothetical, simulated, and model information has limitations and may not reflect costs, liquidity, execution, taxes, or behavior. Detailed limitations appear in the Market and Research Disclaimer.

Regulatory and professional status

No page should be read as claiming registration, licensing, membership, approval, endorsement, insurance, or protection by a securities, banking, commodities, or other regulator unless a specific statement is separately verified and accurately described. Government and industry resource links are provided for reader reference and do not imply affiliation.

Testimonials, endorsements, and examples

The current public publication does not rely on paid testimonials, performance endorsements, regulator endorsements, or client success claims. A quotation, reader comment, case example, or process illustration must not be presented as typical performance or proof that another reader will obtain the same result.

If testimonials or endorsements are introduced, compensation, material connections, editing, representativeness, and result limitations must be disclosed with the affected content.

Material changes and conflict updates

A material change in ownership, compensation, sponsorship, affiliate activity, paid offerings, data relationships, author interest, or editorial control should be reflected in the relevant disclosure before or with the affected publication.

Older content should be reviewed when a new conflict changes how a reasonable reader would understand the research. A disclosure update does not automatically validate the underlying analysis; the evidence and method remain subject to separate review.

Corrections and questions

Known material factual issues should be addressed under the Corrections Policy. Questions about identity, commercial status, a potential conflict, or a third-party relationship can be sent through the Contact page.
