MindBridge Policy Framework

Contact

Use the official contact channel below and include enough detail to route the request without sending sensitive financial or account credentials.

Official contact information

Email:

Mailing address: 2831 Bonanza Dr, Erie, CO 80516, United States

The company website is linked in the footer. Community groups and third-party messages are not substitutes for the official email channel.

General and publication questions

For a general question, include the page URL, the topic, and the specific information you need clarified. Questions about a chart, research statement, policy, or external link are easier to review when the relevant heading, date of access, symbol, or quotation is included.

The contact channel does not provide trade execution, account support, emergency financial assistance, or personalized portfolio instructions.

Privacy requests

Use the subject line Privacy Request. State the right you want to exercise, the state or country where you reside, the email address or other identifier reasonably connected to your interaction, and enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send a government identification document unless it is specifically requested through an appropriate verification process.

Identity and authority may need to be verified before access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal requests can be completed. Authorized agents should identify the consumer, describe the requested right, and provide proof of authority where required. Request handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Correction and editorial reports

Use the subject line Correction Request. Include the page URL, the exact statement at issue, why it may be inaccurate or misleading, and the best available primary or authoritative source. Distinguish a factual error from a disagreement with analysis, opinion, scenario weighting, or market interpretation.

Correction standards and classifications are described in the Corrections Policy.

Security and impersonation reports

Use the subject line Security Report. Include the domain, sender address, profile, phone number, link, message text, and the time the activity occurred. Preserve headers or screenshots when possible, but remove passwords, codes, private keys, bank information, and other sensitive credentials.

Urgent account fraud involving a bank, broker, card issuer, wallet provider, or messaging account should also be reported directly to the relevant provider and appropriate authorities. MindBridge does not control third-party accounts or reverse external transactions.

Accessibility feedback

Use the subject line Accessibility Feedback. Include the page URL, browser, device, assistive technology if applicable, the task you attempted, and the barrier you encountered. An accessible alternative or remediation can be evaluated more effectively when the report is specific and reproducible.

Complaints and escalation

A complaint should identify what occurred, the date, the page or communication involved, any prior response, the policy or representation at issue, and the outcome requested. Separate factual errors, privacy requests, security reports, accessibility barriers, and disagreements with market analysis so the matter can be routed correctly.

If an initial response does not address the issue, reply to the same thread and request further review. Include new evidence or explain which part of the response remains unresolved. Escalation does not guarantee a particular outcome, but it creates a clearer record for additional review.

Urgent financial, security, or legal matters

If money, account access, identity, or personal safety is at immediate risk, contact the bank, broker, payment provider, wallet provider, email provider, messaging provider, emergency service, or relevant authority that can take direct action. Do not wait for an ordinary publication support response.

MindBridge cannot freeze an external account, reverse a payment, recover a credential, execute a trade, or provide emergency legal representation.

What not to send

Never send brokerage passwords, banking passwords, one-time verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, copies of identity documents, or investment funds through ordinary email or a community channel.

If verification is necessary for a legally recognized privacy request, only the minimum information reasonably needed for verification should be requested. Additional information should not be sent unless the official contact channel provides a clear reason and secure method.

Review and response handling

Requests are routed according to subject matter and reviewed for completeness, authority, security risk, legal requirements, and the information reasonably available. A request may require clarification. Duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, technically impossible, or legally exempt requests may be limited or denied as permitted by law.

No universal response time is promised. Where a law establishes a deadline, the request will be handled according to the applicable requirement and any permitted extension. Keep a copy of your request and any confirmation for your records.
