Provider roles
Third-party services support specific technical or content functions. A provider does not become an adviser, broker, sponsor, partner, or endorser merely because its service, link, data, trademark, or interface appears on the site. Each provider operates under its own terms, privacy practices, technical controls, and availability standards.

TradingView market component
TradingView supplies the market overview component when enabled. The component may display real-time, delayed, indicative, consolidated, derived, or otherwise provider-defined information depending on instrument, exchange, entitlement, region, session, and provider settings. A displayed quote should not be assumed to be an official exchange cash index, executable price, complete order book, or current broker quote.
Data can be delayed, revised, corrected, interrupted, unavailable, adjusted for corporate actions, converted between currencies, or mapped to a proxy instrument. Charts, percentages, session labels, and market status can differ from another source because providers use different feeds, timestamps, methodologies, and trading-session rules.
TradingView and its data providers do not endorse MindBridge. Their trademarks and content remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Users should review the provider's own notices before relying on a component.
Network delivery and security infrastructure
The network delivery and security provider may deliver site resources, manage network connections, reduce abusive traffic, improve performance, and provide request information such as approximate country. The site uses that information to support delivery and access logic without displaying internal routing explanations to users.
The provider can process IP address, user agent, request headers, security signals, timing data, and related network information. Service availability, caching, security rules, and location estimates can affect how or whether a page loads. Approximate country information may be missing or inaccurate.
Google Fonts
Google Fonts supplies Cabin from Google-hosted resources. When the browser requests a font, Google may receive the IP address and technical request information needed to deliver the file. Font delivery can fail or be blocked by a browser, privacy tool, network policy, or provider outage. The site should remain readable by using a fallback font when the requested font is unavailable.
First-party operational measurement
The site sends operational events to a company-designated endpoint. Event categories include page open, community-link clicks, automatic WS redirects, invalid-entry redirects, route status, browser language, entry information, approximate country, and pseudonymous visitor or session identifiers.
The purpose is to understand whether pages load and function, identify route or traffic issues, measure aggregate engagement, prevent duplicate events, and support operational decisions. The endpoint is not a brokerage platform and does not receive securities account credentials through the standard event payload.
WhatsApp and community links
Community information is opened only after a user action. WhatsApp is independently operated and may process account, device, contact, usage, network, and message information under its own policies. Joining, leaving, posting, or communicating through WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp and the settings of the relevant account or group.
MindBridge does not control WhatsApp availability, account enforcement, encryption implementation, contact discovery, group permissions, message retention, or data processing. A link to a community does not mean that MindBridge has custody of funds, account access, or authority to execute a transaction.
Licensing, attribution, and redistribution
Market data, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and provider content may be protected by contract, copyright, database rights, trademark law, exchange rules, and licensing restrictions. Access through the publication does not grant a right to scrape, copy, republish, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, frame, or build a competing data product.
Users must follow the terms of the applicable provider and any exchange or licensor. Attribution does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement. MindBridge may remove or replace a component if a license, provider, symbol, feed, or technical condition changes.
How provider data becomes a research input
A displayed value is not treated as a research conclusion by itself. The research process identifies the instrument, venue or proxy, timestamp, unit, adjustment, and provider limitation before using the value. Material conclusions should be checked against another appropriate source or a primary release when reasonably available.
Several indicators derived from the same underlying price series are not automatically independent confirmation. Provider data is combined with market structure, events, filings, policy information, or other evidence according to the question being evaluated.
Availability, errors, and verification
No provider is guaranteed to remain continuously available. Requests can fail because of network conditions, browser settings, consent tools, geographic restrictions, account status, rate limits, maintenance, security systems, or provider changes.
Before making a financial decision, verify important prices, corporate actions, instrument identity, exchange status, trading hours, and news through an appropriate primary source, regulated market participant, or official issuer source. The publication is not a substitute for an executable quote or a broker's order confirmation.
Report a data or provider issue
A useful report identifies the page, component, symbol, displayed value, time observed, expected value, source used for comparison, and whether a refresh changed the result. Screenshots may help when they do not expose account or identity information.
MindBridge can review its mapping, labels, explanation, and implementation. It cannot change a third party's underlying feed, license, account policy, or service availability.
Provider privacy and contact
Provider privacy practices are described in their own policies. The Privacy Policy explains MindBridge's role and the categories of information associated with the current site. Questions about an MindBridge-controlled page can be sent through the Contact page. Questions about a provider account or provider-controlled data should be directed to that provider.
